Women's Network PEI Statement of Purpose

Women's Network PEI is a not-for-profit organization that works to strengthen and support the efforts of PEI women to improve the status of women in our society.

  • To promote the equality of women in PEI through feminist analysis and practice.
  • To provide a forum for the voices of women in PEI.
  • To provide opportunities for women to realize power, knowledge, skills, abilities, vision and financial security.
  • To empower women through the recognition of women's achievements and potential, and through listening to women's voices.

Women's Network PEI was incorporated on May 31, 1984.

We base our work on four pillars:
